We are so excited to invite you to our 70th Summer Fete on Saturday 11th July, 1–4pm. It’s set to be our biggest and best yet as we celebrate this very special milestone year!
We’ve got an incredible afternoon planned, packed with fun, entertainment and plenty for the whole family to enjoy.
What’s on?
Soak the Teacher
The children’s favourite… who do they want to see get soaked in the stocks? Our teacher line-up will be revealed soon, so get ready to cheer them on!
Main Stage Highlights
We’ll also be creating a relaxed picnic area in front of the stage, so bring a blanket and enjoy the performances.
Time Capsule & Memory Tree
To mark this special year, we are creating a John Rankin time capsule, which will be buried at the school. Each class will be contributing ideas for something to represent 2026.
We’d love to involve our wider school community too, so please invite friends and colleagues who have been part of John Rankin’s history to get involved. If anyone has any old photos or memories to share, please email them to us.
On the day, you’ll also find our Memory Tree, where children, families and staff can share their favourite memories of John Rankin.
